REFUNDS / RETURNS and EXCHANGES
 

As a general rule -

Since our products are customized to each customer (e.g., size, color), refunds and exchanges are generally not permitted. However, if we make an error—in the wrong item or size—we will gladly correct it at no cost to you.

If you wish to RETURN or EXCHANGE an item and we approve the request, please be aware that 0241Tactical will not cover the shipping costs for the return and we will charge a restock fee of 25%.

No orders over 30 days will be considered for a return, refund, or exchange.

If a package is unclaimed or refused and subsequently returned to 0241Tactical we are not responsible for refund or pay the secondary shipping so customers can receive their original order. Bottomline customers will pay to have the package re-sent.

Any return must be coordinated with 0241Tactical. Returns without prior communication and approval will not be refunded. 

Non-USA Customers:

0241Tactical will never pay for import fees, taxes, or any other additional costs required by your country. Please make sure to understand these charges before placing your order.

Additionally, items returned from overseas due to unpaid import fees cannot be refunded. If your item is returned to us, we will not reship it until the customer has paid the second shipping fee.
